| Royal Villa
It is the largest villa located on the 2nd floor of the main building which consists of 2 en-suite bedrooms, living & dining room and private pool.
There are 2 bedrooms; the Master Suite has an American king-sized bed and the Junior Suite has 2 Queen-sized beds. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom with toilet and Bidet, they also have rain showers and the sea-face Jacuzzis for the guests to enjoy the nice serene of the sea. Moreover, there are LCD TV’s and working desks in each bedroom. The bedrooms have direct access to the private pool.
The living area is decorated with soft furnishing in a luxurious style. There is a large LCD TV, I-Pod docking station, stereo and DVD system, kitchen (full-western), Espresso machine, fully stocked refrigerator, in room safe, walk in closet, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, complimentary wireless internet connection, private wine chiller, bathrobes & slippers, umbrellas, torch, butler service, and round trip transfer to the airport on the arrival & departure date etc. The Royal villa is the only villa with a private kitchen.
Our grandeur Royal Villa with its 2 oversized bedrooms each with a private Jacuzzi sprawls an impressive 260sqm, covered in plush details that are a mix of modern furnishing accentuated with the sophistication of classics. With its location and the entire sea-front wall made of glass, this villa commands the best view of all. The Royal Villa comes with its own infinity pool and an outdoor deck perfect for alfresco dining or a soothing massage.
Family Villa
The villa for families enjoying to spend their holidays in a beautiful place. This villa is located on the 2nd floor of the North wing; the villa consists of the living area, Master Bedroom and Junior Suite, luxury bathroom and a private pool. The 2 bedrooms with the Master suite, having a King-sized bed and the Junior Suite (no sea view) having Queen sized bed, there is a large LCD TV, I-Pod docking station, stereo and DVD system, Espresso machine, fully stocked mini bar, in room safe, walk in closet, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, complimentary wireless internet connection, private wine chiller, bathrobes & slippers, umbrellas, torch, butler service, and round trip transfer to the airport etc.
We can also arrange a private BBQ in this villa with full catering by our Butler should this be required. The Family Villa is 170 sqm.
Impiana Villa
Located on the 3rd Floor of the North wing; the villa consists of the living area, bedroom, luxury bathroom and also a private pool. The bedroom has a King-sized bed, there is a large LCD TV, I-Pod docking station, stereo and DVD system, Espresso machine, fully stocked mini bar, in room safe, walk in closet, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, complimentary wireless internet connection, private wine chiller, bathrobes & slippers, umbrellas, torch, butler service, and round trip transfer to the airport etc.
If the guests would like to cook their own food, there is a microwave in the room.

Garden Villa
The Garden Villa is located on the 3rd floor of the South Wing. There is one bedroom, a separate living room, and also its own private pool. The villa facilities are a large LCD TV, I-Pod docking station, stereo and DVD system, Espresso machine, fully stocked mini bar, in room safe, walk in closet, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, complimentary wireless internet connection, private wine chiller, bathrobes & slippers, umbrellas, torch, butler service, and round trip transfer to the airport etc.
The guest can also have the private BBQ in their own villa with full catering by their Butler should they require. The Garden Villa is 100 sqm.
Honeymoon Suite
It is the Romantic villa for honeymooners and couples with uninterrupted sea-view and a private pool, the suite is located on the 2nd floor of the South Wing and combines the bedroom & living room in the same area with a four poster bed.

The Deluxe Pool Suites are the coziest of our Villas and Suites and are ideal for couples and also have their own private pool. The suite facilities are a large LCD TV, I-Pod docking station, stereo and DVD system, Espresso machine, fully stocked mini bar, in room safe, walk in closet, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, complimentary wireless internet connection, private wine chiller, bathrobes & slippers, umbrellas, torch, butler service, and round trip transfer to the airport etc.
Our Deluxe Suites are available in size from 60 sqm.
